Benelux Scientific announces the new LabVac vacuum press

At Benelux Scientific, we are excited to announce that Fontijne Presses has launched its new LabVac vacuum press. This new standard series is specifically designed to enhance laboratory efficiency and specimen quality by preventing oxidation and contamination during the pressing process.

Discover the LabVac series

Pressing under vacuum minimizes exposure to oxygen and other gases, significantly improving the bonding and curing processes. As a result, the LabVac produces high-quality specimens, making it an essential tool for research and production labs.

The LabVac builds on the success of Fontijne’s LabPro series, known for its custom solutions and applications across various industries.

Key features of the LabVac laboratory press

  • Available models: Depending on the model, the press range extends up to 50, 200, 400, 600, or 1000 kN at 300°C.
  • ProView control system: Equipped with a 15-inch touchscreen, the ProView system offers precise control over pressure, temperature, and vacuum parameters. The vacuum system can be manually operated via the control panel or automated according to test requirements. The press chamber can be quickly filled with air after pressing.
  • Configurable to order: The design of the LabVac utilizes common components, enabling larger orders, competitive pricing, and reduced delivery times.

Additionally, customization remains possible. If certain technical specifications, such as temperature, closing force, or platen sizes, do not meet your requirements, please feel free to contact us for a tailored solution.
