Will I get what I ordered and will I get it on time?
Our experienced and dedicated logistics team ensures punctual, professional transport, delivery and inspection of your ordered goods. Our after-sales team then provides expert installation, on-site certification and training for your operators. Upon request, we also organise advanced training on-site or at the manufacturer by an application expert from the instrument manufacturer. With every sale, we provide a detailed schedule of delivery, installation and training dates. If for any reason unforeseen changes occur, we always communicate quickly and clearly to our customers.
Can I count on Benelux Scientific for future projects and applications?
We will regularly inform you about new products, accessories, methods and applications through newsletters, technology updates and workshops. This is yet another way to maximise your return on investment – you are always up to date with the latest trends, developments and ideas. As your needs change and new projects arise as a result, you can always count on us. Am I sure I will make full use of my investment now and in the future?
We work with a team of 4 technical engineers and 4 application and support engineers to ensure optimal use and return on your investment. With Benelux Scientific, you can be sure that we will offer technical support throughout the lifetime of your equipment but also maintenance contracts, device (re)calibration and certification, software and hardware upgrades and on-site service. We offer personalised training options, as well as refresher courses, method development, advanced training, user workshops (in the local language) and more!
To whom does Benelux Scientific supply scientific equipment?
The Benelux Scientific group supports more than 5,000 instruments in Benelux and France. In Belgium, more than 1,500 instruments are used by more than 800 customers from all industrial segments, major universities and research centres. A 2016 customer satisfaction survey showed that more than 95% of our customers are very satisfied with the technical support, they are happy to recommend us to their network and would like to see us come back as a partner for future projects.
Will I get what I need at the right price?
Benelux Scientific is not a typical reseller or a large catalogue company. We are a technically specialised team that, thanks to its carefully aligned set of product clusters, can achieve customer results far beyond what a direct distribution office or supplier could achieve. Our broad knowledge of instrumentation, industries and applications allows us to find solutions from different sources and diverse technological fields. Naturally, Benelux Scientific’s prices are carefully aligned with the international sales prices of our suppliers. But because of our local presence, our prices and response times for transport, installation, training and after-sales support are much more attractive than what is available from international support centres or distribution facilities located remotely.
