Available through Benelux Scientific, the new platform offers solutions ranging from cost-effective formulation development to high-temperature engineering polymer processing and continuous material production.

The new MC Xperience Line

The new MC Xperience Line is designed as a flexible and cost-effective platform for general-purpose polymer development.

Available in 5 ml and 15 ml configurations, it enables rapid formulation screening using minimal amounts of material while maintaining reliable processing conditions.

Typical application areas include:

  • Polyolefins
  • Polyesters
  • Polyamides
  • Thermoplastic elastomers
  • Biopolymer formulations
  • Reactive extrusion studies
  • Film, fibre and filament production

Depending on configuration, the system offers:

  • Processing temperatures up to 350°C (425°C optional)
  • Torque up to 20 Nm
  • Continuous feeding options
  • Compact laboratory footprint
