TXRF Spectrometers

Total Reflection XRF (TXRF), unlike ICP and AAS, does not require sample destruction, eliminating the need for chemicals. Additionally, carrier gases such as argon are unnecessary. TXRF is an advanced analytical technique used for elemental analysis of various materials. It is particularly useful for detecting and quantifying trace elements in different samples, ranging from (waste) water and other liquids to powders and solid substances.
