Tensile machine
Computer-controlled tensile benches are used today in all industry sectors to perform tensile tests, compression tests, bending tests and peeling tests.
Single-column tensile benches from 1 kN to 5 kN and double-column tensile benches from 10 kN to 300 kN are available, as well as hydraulic tensile benches from 150 kN to 3000 kN. Besides a wide range of force cells and extensometers, these tensile benches can also be equipped with climate chambers, software and clamping systems according to all ISO, ASTM and DIN standards.
Tensile testing machines for low forces of up to 5 kN
All our models can be equipped with one or more load cells, with a contact extensometer or non-contact via laser or video extensometer. A very wide range of clamps and also custom-made set-ups are available to fix your samples on the tensile test bench.
- Ideal for tensile and compression testing up to 5 kN
- Can be used as peel tester, friction tester or even compression bench
- Interchangeable load cells
- Wide choice of clamps to use as universal tensile testing bench
- Controlled via Horizon, a user-friendly and robust software
Tensile testing machines up to 3000 kN
Tensile test benches from 10 kN to 3000 kN are table or floor models, built from 2 columns and controlled via Horizon test software. The precision (+/-0.1%) covers almost the entire loadcell measurement range (from 0.2% to 100%). This wide measurement range is very valuable as it often avoids an additional loadcell. These tensile benches can be equipped with a climate cabinet from -70°C to 300°C or via special ovens up to 1200°C.
Electromechanical tensile testing machines from 10 kN to 300 kN
Hydraulic drawing benches from 150 kN to 3000 kN
Wide choice of set-ups for tensile tests on metal, composite, plastic, etc.
Controlled via the powerful Horizon software
Different types of easy-to-couple extensometers
