Benelux Scientific provides equipment and technical support to industrial and academic laboratories in Belgium and Luxembourg. Since its foundation in 2001, Benelux Scientific distributes laboratory equipment from a specific number of reliable suppliers. In our product rang we emphasize sample preparation, analytical instrumentation, microscopy and electron microscopy, and materials characterization.

Benelux Scientific (Belgium) is part of the Scientific Group, a network of European distributors within the Aptco Group. The various companies operate in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Each company is fully independent and works with its own sales and service team. For the technical and application support of companies with branches in several countries, cross-border work is also carried out within the group, resulting in fast and local support in the customer’s language and habits.

The group has regional headquarters in Ede (NL), Nazareth (BE), Chassieu (FR), Langen (DE south), Berlin (DE north), Innsbruck (AU) and Kirchberg (CH).

Aptco Group is a leading international technology group that specializes in the distribution, engineering and manufacturing, and servicing of high-quality equipment and consumables that support innovation in science and technology.

The activities of Aptco Group mainly focus on the following three domains:

1. Distribution of analytical and material characterization technologies (Benelux Scientific Netherlands, Benelux Scientific Belgium, France Scientifique, Schaefer Tec Group), high-quality medical equipment and consumables (GrafiMedics), and measurement, control, and testing equipment for industrial and process environments (LHM Instrumentation).
2. Engineering, manufacturing, and global distribution of porometers for membrane and filter characterization equipment, LUXOR sputter coaters for SEM and TEM applications (Aptco Technologies), accessories and consumables for metallographic applications (Escil), and laboratory platen presses (Fontijne Presses).
3. Services such as maintenance and repair of high-end equipment (Service Lab), calibration services for life science laboratories (Calibration Lab) and industrial and process environments (LHM Instrumentation).
